PROJECT: RATTACK
WHAT IS RATTACK?
Rattack is a rare blend between strategy and platform. To put it in short, Rattack is pretty much Lemmings reversed. The game objective is to stop a bunch of crazy rats from taking control over a house through several levels. To your aid you'll have several traps and weapons.

Rattack will come with an easy-to-use editor where you can create your own levels and even full campaigns with your own level graphics. There will be several mission objective types to choose from and depending on what resources you give the player on a mission, the gameplay can vary from full carnage action to slower paced levels where you must use every resource extremly carefully and combine certain weapons & traps.

The game is rather violent, but it is all toned down by the humor. We've tried to give it a similiar feel to cartoons like Tom & Jerry and Itchy & Scratchy of the Simpsons. Were you one of the kids who always hated Jerry? This is your shot at revenge!

THE STORY
A mad scientist's house and laboratory is overrun by a horde of crazy rats. Unable to stop them all himself, he has hired an even crazier exterminator from the land down under. Will he be able to stop rats before it's too late?

PROJECT STATUS
Rattack is on hold waiting for the release of MMF 2 (the engine used for developing the game).

PROJECT: URBAN JOE
WHAT IS URBAN JOE?
Urban Joe is a sidescrolling platform shooter set in a wacky future. You will encounter lots of different enemies, explore several different locations, drive vehicles. There are more than 20 wacky weapons and gadgets to help you on your way.

The game is being released in episodes, the first Episode, consisting of more than 10 scenario levels and a few bonus levels was released on Christmas 2003. Head on over to the download section to get a copy of the first episode. Urban Joe has a soundtrack contributed to by several talented musicians.

THE STORY
Earth. The Year 2152. A peaceful place up until a few weeks ago. That's when the gurglians came. A strange alien race hell-bent on the death and destruction of humanity. In a rough struggle, claiming many lives, earth managed to repel the invaders. But they were only the first. Through spies Earth learned that the gurglian fleet had been fully restored in just a few days thanks to secret gurglian cloning machines, and was ready to strike at Earth once more. This time they wouldn't be so lucky. If there was to be any chance for mankind's survival, these machines had to be destroyed. A crack team of special soldiers was assembled with the mission of tracking down the cloning machines and destroying them. One of these soldiers is Urban Joe. It is now up to you to help Joe save earth and defeat the evil alien race known as the gurglians!

PROJECT STATUS
Urban Joe is currently under planning. We are considering using a new engine and perhaps giving the game a graphical upgrade. Stay tuned for more info.

PROJECT: PLEURGHBURG: DARK AGES
WHAT IS PLEURGHBURG: DARK AGES?
Pleurghburg: Dark Ages is a 3rd person point & click mystery adventure game. It was GASPOP software's first big project and was developed using Chris Jones' Adventure Game Studio.

Pleurghburg won awards for best game, best gameplay, best story, best scripting, and best music in the 2001 AGS awards. You can download the latest version of the game as well as the soundtrack (co-written with Benjamin Pettengill), a language pack and some walkthroughs in the download section.

THE STORY
The game is set in the city of Pleurghburg and takes place a few years after the first game in the series, Cops & Killers. You play as detective Jake McUrk working for the Police Detective Agency. The citizens got rid of the old corrupt police system and organized the PDA, consisting only of detective investigators. Despite there not being any policemen patrolling the streets anylonger, the crime rate dropped by nearly 50%. However, one morning Jake was put on a case that at first glance seemed like just another false alarm. But he is suddenly thrown into a nightmare of brutal murders and danger lurking around every corner.

PROJECT STATUS
Pleurghburg: Dark Ages was finished and released in late 2001. A version with updated graphics was released shortly afterwards.

PROJECT: CALSOON 2
WHAT IS CALSOON 2?
Calsoon 2 is a 3rd person point & click adventure game. There are several new features in this latest addition to the Calsoon series, such as an adjustable interface and weather effects.The game features a soundtrack written by the author of Achtung Franz!

Calsoon 2 is at least twice as long as it's prequel. If that isn't enough, it also features 500 lines of recorded speech! Stop by at the download section to get a copy of the game with or without speech, there is also a walkthrough available.

Fun facts: Calsoon 2 was included on a CD that came with an Australian Gaming Magazine, categorized under Weird Games.

THE STORY
Oh no! The madness never seems to come to an end for poor Tork as he once again gets sucked into his wardrobe. This time, he arrives on another wierd island. Only this one suffers from constant winter. Tork won't be able to last long in his bare underwear. Can you help him find a pair of trousers and find his way back home before it's too late?

PROJECT STATUS
Calsoon 2 was released in early 2002, a few months later a speech pack was released.
